很多学者已经研究了带约束的强部分平衡t-设计。但是关于可分解带约束的强部分平衡t-设计的结果却很少。利用分裂弱横截设计建立可分解带约束的强部分平衡2-设计的若干构造方法，从而得到两类新的可分解带约束的强部分平衡2-设计。
很多學者已經研究瞭帶約束的彊部分平衡t-設計。但是關于可分解帶約束的彊部分平衡t-設計的結果卻很少。利用分裂弱橫截設計建立可分解帶約束的彊部分平衡2-設計的若榦構造方法，從而得到兩類新的可分解帶約束的彊部分平衡2-設計。

Many researchers have studied the existence and constructions of restricted strong partially balanced t-designs. But much less is known about resolvable restricted strong partially balanced t-designs. Splitting weak transversal design can establish some constructions of resolvable restricted strong partially balanced 2-designs, and obtain two infinite classes of them.
