以双酚A型环氧树脂(Epoxy resin, EP)和硫脲(Thiourea)为原料,制备出环硫树脂(Episulfide re-sin),再与双酚A型环氧树脂按一定比例混合制备出一系列环硫和环氧混合树脂( Episulfide & epoxy mixture re-sin),用于镜片树脂材料;同时利用红外光谱仪( IR)分析了环硫树脂的结构,用万能试验机测定了混合树脂的弯曲性能,用折射率仪和紫外可见分光光度计分别测定了混合树脂的折射率和透光性。结果表明,当m(环硫树脂)∶m(环氧树脂)<1∶5时,随着环硫树脂质量比增加,弯曲模量和弯曲强度呈先增加后降低的趋势;当m(环硫树脂)∶m(环氧树脂)=1∶5时力学性能最差, m(环硫树脂)∶m(环氧树脂)>1∶5时力学性能又有所改善,随着环硫树脂比例增加,折射率增加,透光性降低。

The episulfide resin was synthesized by using bisphenol A type epoxy resin ( epoxy resin , EP) and thiourea ( Thiourea ) as raw materials .Then a series of epoxy and episulfide mixture resin were pre-pared through mixing a certain proportion of episulfide resin and epoxy resin , and can be used as optical lens materials.The structure of episulfide resin was analyzed by using infrared spectroscopy (IR), and the bending properties of mixed resin were measured by a universal testing machine .The refractive index and light transmittance were studied by refractive index detector and ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry . The results showed as follows:when mass ration of the epoxy episulfide ratio was less than 1∶5 , with the increase of the proportion of episulfide resin , the bending modulus and bending strength of mixture resin increased first and then decreased .The worst mechanical performance appeared when the epoxy episul-fide ratio was 1∶5 .When the epoxy episulfide ratio was over 1∶5 , the mechanical properties of the mixture resin could be improved .With the increase of the proportion of episulfide resin , the refractive index of mixture resin increased , while the light transmittance decreased .
