随着栈桥在桥梁施工中的广泛应用,栈桥的各项安全问题也日益突显其重要性。栈桥所处环境大多地质结构复杂,海洋环境恶劣,风、浪、潮、流等隐患因素不但破坏力大且随机性强。根据栈桥工程中常见的安全问题,提出了人的不安全行为的控制措施;从现场布设、雨天施工、雾天施工安全等角度提出了环境的控制措施;从起重、焊接、钢管桩等角度提出了物的不安全状态的控制措施;最后提出了常见的安全管理规章制度。
隨著棧橋在橋樑施工中的廣汎應用,棧橋的各項安全問題也日益突顯其重要性。棧橋所處環境大多地質結構複雜,海洋環境噁劣,風、浪、潮、流等隱患因素不但破壞力大且隨機性彊。根據棧橋工程中常見的安全問題,提齣瞭人的不安全行為的控製措施;從現場佈設、雨天施工、霧天施工安全等角度提齣瞭環境的控製措施;從起重、銲接、鋼管樁等角度提齣瞭物的不安全狀態的控製措施;最後提齣瞭常見的安全管理規章製度。
수착잔교재교량시공중적엄범응용,잔교적각항안전문제야일익돌현기중요성。잔교소처배경대다지질결구복잡,해양배경악렬,풍、랑、조、류등은환인소불단파배력대차수궤성강。근거잔교공정중상견적안전문제,제출료인적불안전행위적공제조시;종현장포설、우천시공、무천시공안전등각도제출료배경적공제조시;종기중、한접、강관장등각도제출료물적불안전상태적공제조시;최후제출료상견적안전관리규장제도。
With the trestle is widely used in bridge construction ,the safety issue has entered the sight of workers of the bridge construction.Most of the bridge environments have complex geological structure and harsh marine environment conditions ,wind ,wave ,tidal ,flow and other risk factors are not only large destructive but also strong randomness.Based on the common security issues of trestle engineering , control measures about people's unsafe behavior are pro-posed ;environmental control measures are proposed from the site layout ,construction at rainy days ,fog and other con-struction safety point ;the control measures of the unsafe condition are also proposed from the views of lifting ,welding , steel pipe piles.A common security management rules and regulations are concluded at last.
