【目的】探明西部地区农村产权抵押贷款对农户收入的影响。【方法】运用分位数回归方法分析了西部地区农村产权抵押贷款对不同收入水平农户收入的影响。【结果】农村产权抵押贷款对中低收入水平的农户家庭增收有着明显的促进作用，其贡献率随着收入的增加而下降，文章还比较了农村产权抵押贷款在不同的分位点对于非农业为主农户和农业经营为主农户各自的影响，结果显示在各个分位点上，农村产权抵押贷款对非农业为主农户的贡献率要高于对农业经营为主农户的贡献率。【结论】该分析对西部地区不同收入水平的农户和不同从业类型的农户增收具有指导意义。

Objective]The aim of this study is to explore the influence of the west rural property mortgage program on the farmers'income.[Method]Using the quantile regression method,this paper analyzed the influence of the west rural property mortgage program on the income of fami-lies at different income level.[Results]The west rural property mortgage program has evident positive influence on the middle income and low-income families,and the influence decreased with the growth of family income.Furthermore,this paper compared the influence of the rural proper-ty mortgage program on the families of different quintiles of agricultural and nonagricultural, which indicated that nonagricultural families benefit more from the west rural property program than agricultural families.[Conclusion]This study is useful for the families of different types and different income levels to increase the cash income in the west of China.
