【目的】分析蛋肉兼用系 HS2黄胫与青胫对生产性能的影响。【方法】试验分别测定了两群体的开产日龄、开产体重、开产蛋重、300日龄体重、300日龄蛋重和300日龄产蛋量,并对两群体21到43周龄的产蛋曲线进行了分析。【结果】统计分析结果表明胫色对开产日龄、开产体重、开产蛋重、300日龄产蛋量、300日龄鸡重、300日龄蛋重的影响不显著(P >0.05);两种胫色的产蛋曲线接近。相关分析结果表明,开产日龄与开产体重、开产蛋重呈显著正相关(P <0.05),与300日龄产蛋量、300日龄蛋重呈显著负相关(P <0.05);开产体重与开产蛋重呈显著正相关(P <0.05);开产蛋重与300日龄蛋重呈显著正相关(P <0.05)。【结论】蛋肉兼用系 HS2青胫和黄胫群体生产性能差异不显著,可保留两群体,分别培育青胫系和黄胫系。

Objective]In order to analyse the differences of laying performance between yellow and black shank groups in dual-purpose line HS2.[Method]We measured their body weights and egg weights at ages laying first egg and 300 d.Age laying first egg and total egg number for 300 d were also measured with these traits.Analysis the two group's egg production curves between 21 weeks to 43 weeks.[Results]There is no significant differences between two groups on all traits (P >0.05).The yellow and black shank groups had the same laying curve shapes.Correla-tion analysis results indicated that age at first egg was positively correlated with body and egg weight at first egg (P <0.05),whereas it was negatively correlated with egg number for 300 d and body weight at 300 d (P <0.05).Body weight at first egg was positively correlated with egg weight at first egg (P <0.05).Egg weight at first egg was positively correlated with egg weight at 300 d (P <0.05 ).[Conclusion]No difference of laying performance between the yellow and black shank populations.Thus we can keep both populations,and breed them as yellow shank and black shank lines,respectively.
