【目的】研究在不同程度的干旱胁迫下喀斯特石漠化地区乡土草种的光合生理特性变化规律,以期为喀斯特地区生态恢复和石漠化治理工程筛选抗旱性较强的乡土草种。【方法】以喀斯特石漠化地区常见的画眉草(Er-agrostis pilosa )、糠稷(Panicum bisulcatum )和草(Arthraxon hispidus )为材料,用盆栽称重、控制浇水的实验方法模拟土壤水分环境,进行干旱胁迫实验;测定相对叶绿素含量、净光合速率(P n )、蒸腾速率(Tr )、水分利用效率(WUE)、气孔导度(Gs )、胞间 CO2浓度等光合生理指标。【结果】①随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧,3种草种的相对叶绿素含量均呈显著下降趋势;②在重度干旱胁迫下,3种草种的叶绿素含量草最高,糠稷次之,画眉草最低;③重度干旱胁迫下3种草种光合速率大小排序为:糠稷>画眉>草;糠稷的蒸腾速率较低,水分利用效率最高,抗旱性最好。【结论】从光合作用的角度来看,糠稷更能适应石漠化地区的干旱环境。
【目的】研究在不同程度的榦旱脅迫下喀斯特石漠化地區鄉土草種的光閤生理特性變化規律,以期為喀斯特地區生態恢複和石漠化治理工程篩選抗旱性較彊的鄉土草種。【方法】以喀斯特石漠化地區常見的畫眉草(Er-agrostis pilosa )、糠稷(Panicum bisulcatum )和草(Arthraxon hispidus )為材料,用盆栽稱重、控製澆水的實驗方法模擬土壤水分環境,進行榦旱脅迫實驗;測定相對葉綠素含量、淨光閤速率(P n )、蒸騰速率(Tr )、水分利用效率(WUE)、氣孔導度(Gs )、胞間 CO2濃度等光閤生理指標。【結果】①隨著榦旱脅迫程度的加劇,3種草種的相對葉綠素含量均呈顯著下降趨勢;②在重度榦旱脅迫下,3種草種的葉綠素含量草最高,糠稷次之,畫眉草最低;③重度榦旱脅迫下3種草種光閤速率大小排序為:糠稷>畫眉>草;糠稷的蒸騰速率較低,水分利用效率最高,抗旱性最好。【結論】從光閤作用的角度來看,糠稷更能適應石漠化地區的榦旱環境。
【목적】연구재불동정도적간한협박하객사특석막화지구향토초충적광합생리특성변화규률,이기위객사특지구생태회복화석막화치리공정사선항한성교강적향토초충。【방법】이객사특석막화지구상견적화미초(Er-agrostis pilosa )、강직(Panicum bisulcatum )화초(Arthraxon hispidus )위재료,용분재칭중、공제요수적실험방법모의토양수분배경,진행간한협박실험;측정상대협록소함량、정광합속솔(P n )、증등속솔(Tr )、수분이용효솔(WUE)、기공도도(Gs )、포간 CO2농도등광합생리지표。【결과】①수착간한협박정도적가극,3충초충적상대협록소함량균정현저하강추세;②재중도간한협박하,3충초충적협록소함량초최고,강직차지,화미초최저;③중도간한협박하3충초충광합속솔대소배서위:강직>화미>초;강직적증등속솔교저,수분이용효솔최고,항한성최호。【결론】종광합작용적각도래간,강직경능괄응석막화지구적간한배경。
Objective]The objective of this study was to select the local weeds that were more drought-resistant for ecological recovery in the karst rocky desertification area by studying the photosynthetic and physiological traits of native grasses under drought stresses.[Method]In this study,3 common weeds (Eragrostis pilosa ,Panicum bisulcatum and Arthraxon hispidus )in the karst rocky desertification area were selected as experimental materials.A pot experiment was conducted to simulate drought environment.The photosynthetic and physiological indexes,such as chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate (Pn ),transpiration rate (Tr ),water use efficiency (WUE),stomatal conductance (Gs )and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci )were measured.[Results]① the chlorophyll content of the 3 weeds was reduced by drought stress;② under the severe drought stress,the order of chlorophyll content was A.hispidus > P. bisulcatum > E. pi-losa ;③ the order of photosynthetic rate of 3 weeds was P. bisulcatum > E. pilosa > A.hispidus under the severe drought stress.The Tr of P. bisulcatum was the lowest but WUE was the high-est.Therefore,the drought-resistance of P. bisulcatum was the most excellent.[Conclusion]Ac-cording to the photosynthetic performances,P. bisulcatum is more adaptable to drought stress in the rocky desertification area.
