文中从STCW公约2010年马尼拉修正案生效后当前高职航海技术专业课程体系存在的问题和矛盾出发,根据STCW公约、国内履约文件及航海教育的要求,分析了航海技术的岗位职业资格标准,重构了以职业资格标准为引领,岗-课-证融合,能力、素质并重的课程体系。

As the existing Navigation program curriculum of higher vocational colleges has some problems and con-tradictions with the STCW Convention as amended 2010 Manila, it is necessary to reform the curriculum. This pa-per, on the basis of analyzing occupational qualification standards according to the STCW convention and the do-mestic documents and nautical education requirements, reconstructs Navigation program’s curriculum which inte-grates position, courses with qualifications and puts ability and quality in equal status in accordance with occupation-al qualification standards.
