我国城市经济发展速度越来越快，交通领域也有了较大的发展。但是由于私家车的增多，原有城市交通供给不足等原因，导致城市交通拥堵问题日益加剧。文中从交通需求的角度出发，针对城市交通供给与需求管理方式进行了深刻的分析，并结合相关实例进行了论证，总结了一些有效的交通组织与管理方式，希望能够为其他地区提供一些参考。

With the faster urban economic development, transportation industry booms accordingly. Due to the in-crease of private cars and the inadequate urban traffic, urban traffic congestion problems become more serious. This article , from the perspective of traffic demand, analyzes the management style of city traffic supply and demand in-depth, demonstrates some cases and summarizes some effective ways of traffic organization and management, aiming to provide some reference for other regions faced with similar problems.
