随着风电场规模不断的扩大,其输出功率的波动性对电网的安全经济运行带来的不利影响也越发明显。把握风电场输出功率波动特性是开展风电联网运行分析的迫切需求,直接关乎到分析结果的准确性、合理性。由于风电场输出功率取决于自然风速,各机组安装处所感受到风速存在时空差异性,直接导致了同一风电场内部不同位置的机组出力的差异,即输出功率的分散性。为描述风电场内各机组输出功率的分散性,本文提出一种处理风电场静态功率等值分散性问题的等效风速法。利用等效风速作为风电场等值模型的输入,解决了传统风电场静态等值模型无法解决风电场出力的分散性问题,提高了等值模型的精度,对准确评估风电场联网运行性能具有重要作用。有助于电网调度合理安排生产计划,减少系统备用容量,提高含大规模风电场电网运行安全性和经济性。

With the enlargement of the scale of the wind farm,the disadvantages which arise out of the fluctu-ant of wind power increasingly become obvious. To master the fluctuant characteristics of wind power is a press-ing requirement for accurately and reasonably analyzing the grid-connected wind farm. Because of the output of wind generator depending on wind speed and different situation of the wind turbines,wind generators which lo-cate in different position have different power output. That is so-called dispersion. To describe the dispersion of each unit power output in wind farm,this paper proposed an equivalent wind velocity method of processing stat-ic wind power dispersion. The equivalent wind velocity is used as input of the equivalent model to deal with the wind power dispersion. This method improves the accuracy of wind model and is of great importance of assess-ing the performance of a wind farm,which can be used to evaluate the impact of wind farms to the power grid, helping grid dispatcher make rational scheduling plan to reduce system spinning capacity.
