In order to improve the efficiency of production, the automatic spray cleaning machine is demanded by the auto parts manufacturers. The integrative technology of mechanics, electronics and hydraulics is adopted in the design of the automatic spray cleaning machine. The mechanical structure of the equipment: the bottom of storage tank is inclined with movable filter screen, which can achieve recycling use of cleanser and automatic gathering of dirty matters in the cleaning fluid along the inclined face, so that cleaning can be done regularly. The Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC is the core controller of the electrical control system. It can achieve automatic compensation of wa?ter level and adjust spray pressure by changing frequency. Pro?face touch screen is chosen as the human machine interface, which is easy to control and of good interactivity. The equipment shows stable working performance, and it can improve cleaning efficiency substantially and reduce water consumption. It meets the requirements of produc?tion, saving water and protecting environment.
