目的：研究探讨分析心脏彩色多普勒超声在诊断慢性心力衰竭及左室诊断多病因心力衰竭的效果，分析其诊断价值。方法2012年1月至2014年1月收治的100例慢性心力衰竭患者，首先用心脏彩色多普勒超声将全部患者进行测量，测出他们的左心室射血分数（LVEF），左心室舒张末期内径（LVDD），左心房内径（LAD），再根据左心室的射血分数将100例的患者分为2组，即对照组和试验组，前者射血分数（EF）正常，后者EF降低，在对患者进行治疗前和治疗后，均测试1次LVEF，进行比较分析。结果试验组治疗前后的LVEF值差异无统计学意义，对照组治疗前后LVEF值差异有统计意义，而将二者对比，其差异有统计学意义。结论心脏彩色多普勒超声检查诊断慢性心力衰竭脏及多病因心力衰竭不能用来确诊，但是在监测临床治疗过程中具有重要的作用。
목적：연구탐토분석심장채색다보륵초성재진단만성심력쇠갈급좌실진단다병인심력쇠갈적효과，분석기진단개치。방법2012년1월지2014년1월수치적100례만성심력쇠갈환자，수선용심장채색다보륵초성장전부환자진행측량，측출타문적좌심실사혈분수（LVEF），좌심실서장말기내경（LVDD），좌심방내경（LAD），재근거좌심실적사혈분수장100례적환자분위2조，즉대조조화시험조，전자사혈분수（EF）정상，후자EF강저，재대환자진행치료전화치료후，균측시1차LVEF，진행비교분석。결과시험조치료전후적LVEF치차이무통계학의의，대조조치료전후LVEF치차이유통계의의，이장이자대비，기차이유통계학의의。결론심장채색다보륵초성검사진단만성심력쇠갈장급다병인심력쇠갈불능용래학진，단시재감측림상치료과정중구유중요적작용。
