以苏州高博软件技术职业学院为例，分析了高职院校实行弹性学制的现状和面临的主要问题，提出高职院校实行弹性学制必须加强师资队伍建设，建立科学的学分奖励制度，改革教学管理制度，全面落实导师制等举措。

The paper takes Global Institute of Sof tware Technology as an example to analyze the main problems of elastic credit system in vocational colleges. It proposes that colleges must strengthen the teaching staff, establish a scientiifc credit incentive system, reform the teaching management system and implement the tutorial system in order to implemet f lexible cedit system.
