Photogrammetric technology is widely applied in spacecraft deformation measurement and plays important roles in spacecraft development. Firstly, this paper discusses the main principles of the photogrammetric method. Secondly,this paper reviews its applications in the aerospace system and some key technologies and developmental trends. Based on the practical conditions in China, some crucial issues to be investigated are suggested for further development.
