介绍了气渣下行的干煤粉气化激冷流程洗涤系统工艺流程;分析了洗涤系统运行时合成气带灰严重等问题的原因;提出了相应的技改方案。技改效果表明,虽然改造后的能耗稍大于改造前,但改造后的合成气含尘量及粒径远小于改造前,合成气带灰等问题均得到了有效解决。

Author has introduced the process flow of washing system in dry and pulverized gasification quenching process downstream gas slag; has analyzed the reason of problem about severe ash entrained in synthetic gas and so on in case of operation of washing system;has presented the appropriate technical reformation scheme.Technical reformation effect indicates that although the energy consume is a little more after reformation than that before re-formation , but the ash content contained in synthetic gas and its granule size after reformation is far less than that before reformation , all the problems such as ash entrained in synthetic gas and so on are efficiently solved .
