陕西兴化集团有限责任公司于2013年同时开工建设了2套27万t/a双加压硝酸装置,其中1套于2013年12月31日顺利开车。介绍了新建装置的工艺流程;提出了新建装置主要设备设计的优化方案;总结了新建装置试生产运行情况。结果表明:新建装置各主要工艺指标及消耗均达到或优于设计值,装置整体运行较为顺利,短期内即实现了满负荷平稳运行的目标。

Two sets of double pressurization nitric acid plant with a capacity of 270 000 t/a were simultaneously constructed in 2013 in Shanxi Xing-hua Group Company Ltd.,in which one set was smoothly put into operation on December 31,2013.Author has introduced the process flow of newly built plant;has presented the optimization scheme for design of main equipment in newly built plant;has summarized the commission situation of newly built plant.Result indicates that each main process index and consume for newly built plant reach to or are superior to design value,operation of the integral plant is relatively smooth,stable operation object with full load is fulfilled in a short period .
