Taking the welding and inspecting for pins on coiled tube in gasifier in indirect liquidation project of coal with a capacity of 4 million t/a in Shenhua Ningmei Plant as an example, author has introduced the welding requirement of pins of gasifier, welding sequence, inspection method after weld-ing and final inspection method of product; has briefly described the repair welding treatment procedure for unqualified pins .
