简述了低温甲醇洗装置在运行中经常出现的甲醇消耗高、冷量消耗大、热再生系统多项指标偏离设计值、甲醇水塔运行不稳等问题;从理论上和设备现状上分析查找了影响装置高效经济运行的原因;实施了相关的技改措施。结果表明,困扰低温甲醇洗装置运行的瓶颈问题得以解决,装置的运行消耗进一步下降,运行更加稳定,直接经济效益为477.8万元/a。

Author has briefly described the frequently existing problems with high consume of methanol, high consume of refrigeration capacity, multi-item design indexes being too high in hot regeneration system, unstable operation of methanol water tower and so on; has analyzed and found the reason effecting operation with high efficiency and economy from theory and present situation of equipment;has executed the related technical reformation measure. Result indicates that the bottleneck problem is solved in which operation of Rectisol plant is perplexed , operating consume of plant is further reduced, opera-tion is running more stably.The direct economic benefit is 4 778 000 RMB/a.
