为提高煤气的综合利用效率,济钢利用需求侧管理的方法,通过分阶段制定煤气需求侧管理方案、加强煤气动态管理、优化燃机及煤气柜的运行方式、调整煤气用户用气结构等措施,实现了高、焦炉煤气放散率分别为0.30%、0.16%,转炉煤气综合吨钢回收率完成114.50 m3,年度实现经济效益约860万元。

In order to improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of gas, by using the method of demand side management in Jinan Steel, steel mill developed stages gas demand side management scheme、strengthen the gas dynamic management, optimized operation mode of turbine and gas tank, and adjusted gas users and gas structure and other measures. As a result, the blast furnaces and coke ovens gas emission rate were reduced to 0.30% and 0.16%, the converter comprehensive gas recovery can be completed to 114.50 m3/t,annual economic benefit will get 860 0000 Yuan.
