介绍了钢渣热焖技术的原理及应用情况。鲁丽公司结合本厂实际,依据产渣量设计了3个焖渣池,每个渣池可一次处理钢渣120 t,处理时间12 h,依次轮流作业;利用简易供水系统采用两次打水的方式向焖渣池供冷却水。生产实践表明,采用钢渣热焖技术,钢渣处理周期缩短为15 h,吨渣节电约5 kW·h,吨钢成本降低0.36元,金属回收率提高到95%,同时达到了改善环境、安全生产的目的。

This article introduces the theory and application of steelmaking slag hot closed treatment technology. Combined with the practice, Luli Company designed three hot closed treatment pools depending on the slag amount. The slag treatment quantity of each pool is 120 t with treating time 12 h, taking turns in operation. The cooling water for closed pools was supplied by two-step water spray way using simple water supply system. The production practices showed that slag treatment cycle using hot closed treatment technology was shortened to 15 h; Electric energy was saved about 5 kW·h per ton slag; The cost steel was decreased by 0.36 Yuan per ton; Metal recovery rate was increased to 95%; and achieved the purposes of improving the environment and safe production at the same time.
