爆破强度是LPG钢瓶设计的重要指标。根据短钢瓶爆破试验数据,以经验公式为基础,推导得到了爆破强度计算的拟合公式;应用随机-模糊概率模型,对拟合公式的可靠性进行了分析。研究表明,在最苛刻压力试验条件下,用拟合公式设计的YSP35.5、YSP23.5型号钢瓶,其爆破强度最小可靠度范围为0.999999698~0.99999999754,验证了拟合公式的有效性。
爆破彊度是LPG鋼瓶設計的重要指標。根據短鋼瓶爆破試驗數據,以經驗公式為基礎,推導得到瞭爆破彊度計算的擬閤公式;應用隨機-模糊概率模型,對擬閤公式的可靠性進行瞭分析。研究錶明,在最苛刻壓力試驗條件下,用擬閤公式設計的YSP35.5、YSP23.5型號鋼瓶,其爆破彊度最小可靠度範圍為0.999999698~0.99999999754,驗證瞭擬閤公式的有效性。

Bursting strength was the important index on the steel cylinder design of LPG.According to bursting test data of the short steel cylinder, taking the experimental formula as a basis, the fitting formula for calculating of bursting strength was derived and obtained;using random fuzzy probability model, the reliability of fitting formula was analyzed .Research indicates that under the severest pressure test condition , minimal reliability scope for its bursting strength is 0.999 999 698~0.999 999 997 54 for YSP35.5, YSP23.5 type of steel cylinder designed by fitting formula, the effectiveness of fit-ting formula is proved.
