通过混凝土电通量试验,研究了不同掺量玄武岩纤维、丁苯乳液聚合物及两者复掺对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。试验结果表明,单掺玄武岩纤维和丁苯乳液聚合物时,随着掺量的增加,混凝土的氯离子渗透性能均呈现先降低后增加的趋势,丁苯乳液聚合物对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的改善作用优于玄武岩纤维;两者复掺时,可以更加显著地提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,但二者对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的改善作用存在一个合理的掺量范围,当玄武岩纤维掺量为2.5 kg/m3、丁苯乳液聚合物掺量为10%时,混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能最好。

Based on electric flux test on concrete,the effect of the different dosage of basalt fiber,styrene-butadiene latex polymer and the combined admixture on the performance of resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete were studied.The test results show that when single basalt fiber and styrene-butadiene latex polymer,the chloride ion per-meability of concrete firstly decreases and then increases with the increase of dosage.In addition,styrene-butadiene la-tex polymer to improve the performance of resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete is better than that of basalt fiber.The performance of resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete can be improved further by combined admix-ture of basalt fiber and styrene-butadiene latex polymer.But there is a reasonable dosage range,when the dosage of ba-salt fiber and styrene-butadiene latex polymer is 2.5 kg/m3 and 10%,respectively,the performance of resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete is best.
