According to “cleaner production standard-ferroalloy industry"( HJ470-2009) , aiming at the special iron alloys such as nickel-iron alloy , ferro-molybdenum , ferro-tungsten production , from the point of the producing technology , re-quirement of equipment, resources and energy utilization index, raw and auxiliary materials selection and the source, prod-ucts index , pollution index, waste recycling targets, and the requirement of environmental management to analysis. Through the comparison and analysis of the unit products with the industry material consumption index and the main ele-ments of recovery rate index, evaluation of cleaner production of nickel, molybdenum and tungsten iron production.
