本文介绍了原有轴流式电动鼓风机静叶控制系统的组成和控制过程,提出了现场应用过程中存在的问题,通过对液压油路、伺服机构的改造,利用鼓风机现有PLC开发平台,研制和开发了智能化静叶控制系统,实现了生产及信号异常情况下静叶的自动闭锁,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性。
本文介紹瞭原有軸流式電動鼓風機靜葉控製繫統的組成和控製過程,提齣瞭現場應用過程中存在的問題,通過對液壓油路、伺服機構的改造,利用鼓風機現有PLC開髮平檯,研製和開髮瞭智能化靜葉控製繫統,實現瞭生產及信號異常情況下靜葉的自動閉鎖,提高瞭繫統的穩定性和可靠性。

This paper introduces the composition and control process of the existing control system of axial electric blower vane.The existing problems of application in field are raised. Through the transform of hydraulic circuit and servo mecha-nism, the intelligent control system of electric blower static blade has been researched and developed under the existing de-velopment platform of PLC.It realized the automatic locking function of static blade when the production and signal are ab-normal.And the stability and reliability of the system is improved.
