在充分调查现场资料基础上,采用数值模拟、理论分析等手段,并结合MB670型掘锚一体化工作特点,对 S6-8工作面轨道巷进行支护参数及施工优化,优化后顶底板移近量最大47mm,两帮移近量最大59mm,巷道变形较小、锚杆受力稳定,支护效果良好,掘进速度提高28%,每天循环进尺达18m以上,最高达22m,支护成本降低35%,有效缓解了矿井生产衔接紧张问题。

Applying numerical simulation and theoretical analysis and considering the characteristic of MB670 driving and anchor ma-chine, supporting parameters of railway roadway of S6-8 mining face were optimized on the basis of on-the-spot investigation. The maxi-mum convergence value of roof and floor was 47mm and that of two sides was 59mm after optimization. Roadway deformation was small and anchored-bolt stress was stable, driving speed was improved 28%, driving distance of everyday reached above 18m, and the maxi-mum was 22m, supporting cost reduced 35%, and problem of tense relationship between mining and driving was effectively remitted.
