根据新疆大黄山煤矿+735工作面生产地质情况,进行综放支架选型,并对其防倒、防滑稳定性进行分析。通过分析得知,支架倾倒临界角为28°,下滑临界角为22~25°。由于中大槽煤层采用斜切分层综放开采,+735工作面倾角从40°降到28°,比支架下滑临界角稍大,说明支架仍需要采取防倒防滑技术措施。此外,对机采高度及上端头区域加强支护进行分析研究,并通过现场实践,+735工作面实现了大倾角特厚煤层安全、高产、高效开采。

Full-mechanized caving mining powered support lectotype was made and its anti-inverted and anti-skid stability was ana-lyzed on the basis of mining and geological condition of+735 mining face of Dahuangshan Colliery, Xinjiang. Result showed that critical angle of powered support inversion was 28° and that of skid was 22-25°. Oblique slicing mining made dip angle of mining face reduced to 28° from 40°, which was slightly larger than critical skid angle and anti-inverted and anti-skid measure should be needed. Mining height and supporting in upper-end area was analyzed. Application showed that safe, high-production and high-efficiency mining was re-alized in +735 mining face.
