阐述了“少渣炼钢”工艺在济钢120吨转炉上的研究与应用情况。通过对“少渣炼钢”工艺机理的研究,对留渣量、前期枪位、倒渣时机、倒渣量以及加料模式等工艺参数进行了探索与优化,使石灰吨钢消耗控制在25 kg以下,钢铁料吨钢消耗控制在1074 kg以下,取得了明显的经济效益。

This paper introduces the research and application of“ SGRS” process in 120 t converter.Based on study of“SGRS” process mechanism, some technology parameters such as quantity of slag-remaining, lance level of earlier stage, deslag time, deslag quantity and charging mode were researched and optimized.the lime consumption was constrained to under 25 kg/t,the ferrous materials consumption was constrained to under 1074 kg/t.Good economic benefit was achieved.
