对唐钢1号高炉开炉后富氧喷煤冶炼实践进行总结,通过优化炉料结构,调整上下部制度,高风温和富氧,提高操作水平,加强基础管理等措施,提高煤比水平到170 kg/t· Fe。总结出高炉应根据自身原燃料条件和设备状况,在保证炉况顺行基础上提高富氧喷煤水平,优化技术经济指标。

The practice of oxygen-enriched PCI was concluded for No.1 blast furnace.By optimizing configuration of bur-den,changing blast system and charging system, adopting high temperature and oxygen-enrichment, improving manipula-tion, strengthening fundamental management, the coal ratio was increased to 170kg/t Fe.It is concluded that technical-eco-nomical indicators can be achived by increasing oxygel enrichment level of PCI according to furance burden, equipment and blast furnace performance.
