本文对某铜铅锌硫化矿的矿石性质进行了研究,针对矿石性质的特点及选矿厂存在的问题,提出了铜-铅-锌优先浮选铅粗精矿再磨工艺,通过矿浆pH的调节,高效捕收剂及组合抑制剂的使用、粗精矿的再磨等措施,在原矿Cu、Pb、Zn品位分别为0.27%、2.07%、3.82%的基础上得到了Cu品位22.34%、回收率67.85%的铜精矿,Pb品位72.34%、回收率73.04%的铅精矿和Zn品位50.55%、回收率88.46%的锌精矿,铜铅锌矿物得到较好分离。

The property of some kind of Cu-Pb-Zn poly-metallic sulfide ore was studied in this paper.Aiming to the proper-ty of the ore and the existing problem of the dressing plant, the process of Cu-Pb-Zn priority flotation and lead rough con-centrate regrinding was adopted.According to the measures of pH regulation, high efficiency collector and combined de-pressant, rough concentrate regrinding were applied.copper concentrate containing Cu 22.34%with copper recovery of 67. 85%, lead concentrate containing Pb72.34%with lead recovery of 67.85%, zinc concentrate containing Zn50.55%with zinc recovery of 67.85%were obtained while the content of copper ,lead, zinc were 0.27%,2.07%,3.82%respectively in the raw ore.This Cu-Pb-Zn poly-metallic sulfide ore was separated in good index.
