为实现高寒高海拔环境脆弱地区某复杂难选铜铅锌多金属硫化矿选矿废水的循环利用及零排放。在详细研究该复杂铜铅锌多金属硫化矿的矿石性质基础上,采用铜铅部分混浮-铜铅分离-混浮尾矿选锌的工艺流程,配合使用自主研发的锌矿物组合抑制剂ZG-2与铜铅分离脱药剂XZ-1实现了选矿回水的全循环利用。实验室小型闭路试验获得铜精矿含铜23.77%,铜回收率88.06%;铅精矿含铅77.18%,铅回收率86.71%;锌精矿含锌48.67%,锌回收率83.79%的较好指标。

For the realization of the mineral processing wastewater recycling and zero emissions on a refractory copper and lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore in high altitude and environment vulnerable regions, on the basis of detailed study the complex copper and lead-zinc polymetallic sulphide ore process mineralogy, we used the process flow of copper-lead mixed floating, then separation of copper lead-zinc, floating zinc from the tailing of copper-lead, full recycling of the backwater was achived by using a combination of independent developed zinc mineral inhibitors ZG-2, and XZ-1 for separation of cop-per from lead and regent removing.Good indicators were obtained in the laboratory closed-circuit test with copper content of 23.77%, copper recovery rate 88.06%for the copper concentrate, and lead content of 77.18%, lead recovery rate 77.18%, and zinc content of 48.67%, zinc recovery rate 83.79%for lead concentrate for zinc concentrate.
