以顶果树半年生优势苗作为采穗母株,研究了不同截干高度对母株萌发枝条数量的影响,以及适宜插穗扦插生根的 IBA(吲哚丁酸)浓度和扦插时间。结果表明:采穗母株截干高度为20~30㎝时,萌发枝数更多,也就是能够获得更多的插穗;不同浓度的 IBA 对插穗的生根影响显著,其中以800~1000㎎/L 为适;扦插时间也影响插穗生根,一年中以3~7月扦插为适。

이정과수반년생우세묘작위채수모주,연구료불동절간고도대모주맹발지조수량적영향,이급괄의삽수천삽생근적 IBA(신타정산)농도화천삽시간。결과표명:채수모주절간고도위20~30㎝시,맹발지수경다,야취시능구획득경다적삽수;불동농도적 IBA 대삽수적생근영향현저,기중이800~1000㎎/L 위괄;천삽시간야영향삽수생근,일년중이3~7월천삽위괄。
This paper chooses half a year old Acrocarpus fraxinifolius advantage seedlings as scion mother tree,and systematic studies difference truncation height had significant influence to the number of stump plant, the concentration of root accelerant IBA and the time of cutting suitable to the rootage rate. The results showed: acquire the more number of stump plant when truncation height was 20 ~ 30cm; The difference concentration of root accelerant IBA had significant influence to the rootage rate, the best concentration was 800 ~ 1000 ㎎ /L; The time of cutting had significant influence to the rootage rate, the best time was March to July.
