面对协同育人的新机遇,大力加强粤港高等教育的深度合作与交流,具有重要的先导意义和示范作用:是推进广东高等教育改革的重要抓手、是粤港两地高等教育优势互补共建南方教育高地的重要途径、是推动粤港两地经济社会全方位合作的重要基础。在已有实践基础上,粤港高教深度合作需要制订针对性强的法规政策,建立制度保障;需要设立具体协调操作机构,提供全方位服务;需要探索合作举办大学或学院、联合培养学生、缔结姐妹学校、师生访学、师资培训、学分与学历互认、非学历培训合作等有效模式,为多层次合作搭建常态化平台。

면대협동육인적신궤우,대력가강월항고등교육적심도합작여교류,구유중요적선도의의화시범작용:시추진엄동고등교육개혁적중요조수、시월항량지고등교육우세호보공건남방교육고지적중요도경、시추동월항량지경제사회전방위합작적중요기출。재이유실천기출상,월항고교심도합작수요제정침대성강적법규정책,건립제도보장;수요설립구체협조조작궤구,제공전방위복무;수요탐색합작거판대학혹학원、연합배양학생、체결저매학교、사생방학、사자배훈、학분여학력호인、비학력배훈합작등유효모식,위다층차합작탑건상태화평태。
Facing the new opportunities of Cooperative Education, strengthening cooperation in-depth in higher education between Guangdong and Hong Kong has leading and demonstrative significance. It′s an important means to promote the reform of higher education of Guangdong and an important way to build education highland in the south of China with higher education complementary advantages in Guangdong and Hong Kong. It′s also an important basis to promote economic and social all-round cooperation between the two places. Based on existing practice, the promotion of cooperation in-depth in higher education between Guangdong and Hong Kong demands the development of targeted policies and regulations, the setting up of the operating mechanism of the specific coordination, the exploration of various modes of cooperation, such as cooperation held by a university or college, joint training students, the establishment of sister school relation, teachers and students visiting, teacher training, mutual recognition of credits and degree, strengthen cooperation in training etc.
