提出了一种内筒为曲面的新型圆柱形微波加热器。利用电磁仿真软件HFSS实体建模,通过数值模拟仿真获得一系列反射功率最小、可用于微波反应腔加热效率及均匀性优化的理论依据;以此为基础,选取优化后的曲面内筒和光滑内筒两种圆柱形微波加热器进行模拟仿真。结果表明新型曲面内筒相对光滑内筒能够提升均匀性,消除微波盲区,且加热效率提升最高可达15.8%。

Proposed a new type curved surface inner cylinder of cylindrical microwave heating applicator. Based on the HFSS software,some laws for the optimization of cylindrical microwave heating applicator were derived by analyzing the simulation results.The applicators with curved surface and smooth inner cylinder were redesigned according to the laws and simulated.The simulating results show that curved surface inner cylinder can improve the uniformity of microwave and eliminate the blind area,the heating efficiencies are improved to 15.8%.
