我国的老龄化问题越来越突出，南宁市也不例外，而社区养老的出现和发展丰富了养老模式。目前，南宁市主要采用是居家养老和机构养老服务模式，在模式选择上较为狭窄，且供给不足。社区养老模式的发展，给南宁市养老市场注入新的活力，但也存在许多问题，如服务对象认识不足、供需不匹配和宣传不到位等。结合发达地区的社区养老的调查研究，提出扩大覆盖范围，以政府为主导，发挥社区的作用和积极地宣传等。
