奥沙利铂是继顺铂和卡铂之后的第三代铂类化疗药，具有抗癌活性高、抗瘤谱广、不良反应轻的特点。其联合氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙已成为结直肠癌术后辅助治疗及进展期治疗的标准方案。神经毒性是奥沙利铂不良反应中最为常见的一种，有文献报道，奥沙利铂的神经毒性反应发生率可85%～95%[1-4]，严重影响患者生活质量，甚至部分患者因不能耐受神经毒副反应而停止治疗。如何采取规范的临床护理措施是有效预防和减轻其神经毒性反应的重要课题。

Oxaliplatin is the third generation platinum chemotherapy after cisplatin and carboplatin, with high anticancer activity, antitumor spectrum, less adverse reaction characteristics. Oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil, leucovorin has become standard treatment and assist in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer after operation. The adverse reactions of Oxaliplatin neurotoxicity is one of the most common,are reported in the literature,the occurrence of neurotoxicity of oxaliplatin reaction rate can be as high as 85%-95%,seriously affect the quality of life of the patients, even in some patients because of adverse reaction of intolerant of nerve and stop treatment. How to take measures to standardize the clinical nursing is an important subject to effectively prevent and mitigate its neurotoxic reactions.
