为了解和掌握叶片处理段工艺参数与切丝含水率的相关关系,采用一元线性回归分析方法对叶片处理段工艺参数松散回潮累计加水量、叶片加料累计加水量、叶片处理段加水总量及贮叶时间与切丝含水率的相关性进行了分析,描述了叶片处理工艺参数与切丝含水率的相关性,建立叶片处理工艺参数与切丝含水率均值的一元线性方程。结果表明,松散回潮累计加水量及叶片处理段累计加水量与切丝含水率均值相关性较强,一元线性回归方程较为显著;叶片加料加水累计量及贮叶时间与切丝含水率均值不具有相关性;贮叶时间对烟片加料含水率与切丝含水率的差值相关性较强,一元线性回归方程较为显著;叶片加料出口含水率与切丝含水率相关性较强。
為瞭解和掌握葉片處理段工藝參數與切絲含水率的相關關繫,採用一元線性迴歸分析方法對葉片處理段工藝參數鬆散迴潮纍計加水量、葉片加料纍計加水量、葉片處理段加水總量及貯葉時間與切絲含水率的相關性進行瞭分析,描述瞭葉片處理工藝參數與切絲含水率的相關性,建立葉片處理工藝參數與切絲含水率均值的一元線性方程。結果錶明,鬆散迴潮纍計加水量及葉片處理段纍計加水量與切絲含水率均值相關性較彊,一元線性迴歸方程較為顯著;葉片加料加水纍計量及貯葉時間與切絲含水率均值不具有相關性;貯葉時間對煙片加料含水率與切絲含水率的差值相關性較彊,一元線性迴歸方程較為顯著;葉片加料齣口含水率與切絲含水率相關性較彊。

In order to understand and master the blade processing process parameters and shred moisture content correlation, regression analysis method on leaf treatment process parameters of remoistening cumulative added water, leaf feeding the cumulative added water, leaf processing section water amount and storage time of leaf shred moisture content and correlation were analyzed by linear, description leaf treatment parameters and shred moisture content correlation, the leaf treatment parameters and mean and standard deviation of shredmoisture content of a linear equation. The results show that the cumulative amount of water and moisture regain, loose leaf processing section cumulative amount of water and shredmoisture mean stronger correlation, a linear regression equation is more significant; leaf blade feeding water accumulated amount and storage time and mean leaf shred moisture content has no correlation between leaf processing, process parameters of mean and standard deviation of shred moisture content has no relativity the storage time of the tobacco leaves; leaf feeding water content and difference correlation shred moisture strong, a linear regression equation is significant;leaf blade feeding outlet moisture content and moisture content are strong correlation between shred.
