目前可燃气体气体探测器主要是通过催化燃烧和电化学传感器,但是这种传感器在缺氧和中毒的情况下无法进行测量。文章中设计基于比尔-朗伯红外光谱吸收原理,以3.9um作为参考红外波长,以3.3um作为测量红外波长,通过外围电路以及软件对信号进行处理,最终达到检测甲烷浓度的目的。文章详细介绍了探测器硬件,软件的设计以及系统测试结果。

At present, most of gas detectors are based on the use of catalytic type gas sensors and electrochemistry gas detectors. But, these kinds of sensors can not work when it is poisoned or working in the hypoxia environment. This design introduces a kind of non-dispersive infrared gas detector. It is based on the principle of Beer-Lambert infrared spectrum absorption. We use infrared light of 3.3um wavelength as the measure signal and the infrared light of 3.9um wavelength as the reference signal. The signals are processed by the external circuit and software, and then it can achieve the purpose of methane concentration detection. The design of hardware layer and software are introduced in detail, and the result of the system is shown in this article.
