文章设计一种部署于互联网上的舆情监测应用系统，该系统能够对互联网上的网页、论坛、微博等多种信息媒介进行监测，并自动的采集各种页面上的数据。通过数据挖掘方法从互联网中不同的信息媒介中提取出有价值的信息，并对网络舆情的状况和发展趋势做出预测，实现对互联网上的网络舆情进行实时监测的应用目标。
文章設計一種部署于互聯網上的輿情鑑測應用繫統，該繫統能夠對互聯網上的網頁、論罈、微博等多種信息媒介進行鑑測，併自動的採集各種頁麵上的數據。通過數據挖掘方法從互聯網中不同的信息媒介中提取齣有價值的信息，併對網絡輿情的狀況和髮展趨勢做齣預測，實現對互聯網上的網絡輿情進行實時鑑測的應用目標。

This text designs a kind of public sentiment monitor that deploys on the Internet applied system, the system various to the web page, forum, and micro Bo etc. of Internet information medium progress monitor, and of oneself collect various data on the page. Pass a data excavation method to withdraw worthy information in the different information medium from the Internet, and vs network the public sentiment condition and shape trend make anticipation and carry out the applied object of the network to the Internet public sentiment progress real time monitor.
