目的:观察鼻咽癌(Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma NPC)组织中磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(phosphatidylinositol 3-ki-nase PI3K)的表达与鼻咽癌预后的关系,以期为个体化综合治疗提供预测因素。方法将患者性别、年龄、临床分期、免疫组化结果中PI3K蛋白表达同患者预后进行多因素分析。结果 PI3K的蛋白表达同 TNM分期密切相关,PI3K的高表达组和低表达组无瘤生存率和5年总生存率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cox风险比例模型多因素分析结果显示在性别、年龄、临床分期、PI3K的蛋白表达这些因素中,临床分期和 PI3K的蛋白表达对预后有显著影响。结论鼻咽癌患者PI3K的表达同肿瘤的TNM分期、肿瘤的预后有相关性,是影响患者无瘤生存率和总体生存率相对独立的因素。

Objective The aim of this study is to identify whether the overexpression of PI3K is inter-related with NPC,and to define its association with the extent of the presenting disease as measured by the TNM staging system.In addition,we hope to determine whether PI3K expression could serve as a prognostic factor in human NPCs.Methods NPC samples were analyzed with immunohistochemical labeling for PI3K protein,Cox regression analysis has been completed.Results The protein up-regulation of PI3K was significantly associated with tumor-node-metastasis (TNM)stage and tumor grading (P<0.05 for all).Cox regression analysis revealed that PI3K protein up-regulation was correlated with lower disease-free and overall survival rates(P<0.001),Conclusion It could contribute to a poor prognosis of NPC.
