目的:探讨TYK2、SOCS7基因在白血病中的表达及临床意义。方法将入院患者分为急性白血病(AL)初治组、AL 缓解组和正常对照(NC)组,采用 RT-PCR 方法检测白血病和 NC 组骨髓单个核细胞中 TYK2、SOCS7mRNA的表达,及与侵袭性真菌感染的相关性。结果 TYK2在初治 AL患者高表达,缓解后表达减低(P<0.05),且阳性病人易患侵袭性真菌感染。SOCS7在初治 AL患者低表达,缓解后表达升高(P<0.05),SOCS7表达与侵袭性真菌感染呈负相关。TYK2+组的缓解率为40%(12/30),明显低于 TYK2-组(100%,4/4),两组之间有差异(χ2=3.96,P=0.047)。SOCS7+组的缓解率为31%(10/33),明显低于 SOCS7-的缓解率为100%(1/1),两组之间有差异(χ2=6.032,P=0.014)。初治 TYK2+比 TYK2-易患侵袭性真菌感染(χ2=4.073 P=0.044)。SOCS7-比SOCS7+组亦易患侵袭性真菌感染(χ2=4.331 P=0.037)。结论 TYK2的高表达及 SOCS7低表达可能在白血病的发生发展中起重要作用,且与侵袭性真菌感染有相关性。

목적:탐토TYK2、SOCS7기인재백혈병중적표체급림상의의。방법장입원환자분위급성백혈병(AL)초치조、AL 완해조화정상대조(NC)조,채용 RT-PCR 방법검측백혈병화 NC 조골수단개핵세포중 TYK2、SOCS7mRNA적표체,급여침습성진균감염적상관성。결과 TYK2재초치 AL환자고표체,완해후표체감저(P<0.05),차양성병인역환침습성진균감염。SOCS7재초치 AL환자저표체,완해후표체승고(P<0.05),SOCS7표체여침습성진균감염정부상관。TYK2+조적완해솔위40%(12/30),명현저우 TYK2-조(100%,4/4),량조지간유차이(χ2=3.96,P=0.047)。SOCS7+조적완해솔위31%(10/33),명현저우 SOCS7-적완해솔위100%(1/1),량조지간유차이(χ2=6.032,P=0.014)。초치 TYK2+비 TYK2-역환침습성진균감염(χ2=4.073 P=0.044)。SOCS7-비SOCS7+조역역환침습성진균감염(χ2=4.331 P=0.037)。결론 TYK2적고표체급 SOCS7저표체가능재백혈병적발생발전중기중요작용,차여침습성진균감염유상관성。
Objective To investigate the expression levels and the clinical significance of TYK2,SCOS7.Methods The enrolled subj ects were divided into three groups including the de novo AL group,thecomplete remission (CR ) group,and the normal control(NC)group(comprised by healthy volunteers).semi-quantity reverse transcription poly-merase chain reaction(RT-PCR)was applied groups,And was correlation with invasive fungal infections.Results TYK2 mRNA expression was significantly higher in the de novo AL group than that in the CR group(P<0.05),and higher in the CR group than that in the NC group(P<0.05),The fequency of invasive fungal infections in TYK2+ pa-tients was higher than that in TYK2-patients.SOCS7 expression was lower in the de novo AL group than that in the CR group(P<0.05)and lower in the CR group than that in the NC group(P<0.05),SOCS7 expression was negatively correlated with invasive fungal infections.The CR rate of TYK2 negative is 100%,and 40% in positive patients.the CR rate of TYK2 negative patients was significant higher than in positive patients(χ2=3.96,P=0.047).The CR rate of SOCS7 negative patients is 84%,and the CR rate of SOCS7 positive patients is 31%.The CR rate of SOCS7 negative patients was significant higher than in positive patients(χ2=6.032,P=0.014),TYK2 positve de novo AL patients was more susceptible to have invasive fungal infection(χ2=4.073,P=4.073),SOCS7 negtive AL patients was more sus-ceptible to have invasive fungal infection(χ2=4.331,P=4.331).Conclusion Higher TYK2 expression and lower SOCS7 expression may have played important roles in the pathogenesisand development of acute leukemia,And was correlation with invasive fungal infections.
