目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中趋化因子受体 CXCR7的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测经外科手术切除的86例非小细胞肺癌组织及34例癌旁组织标本中 CXCR7的表达情况。结果全部非小细胞肺癌组织均异常表达CXCR7,高表达率达52.3%(45/86),在对照组中CXCR7均为阴性表达。CXCR7在有淋巴结转移组的高表达率为62.96%(34/54),在无淋巴结转移组的高表达率为34.38%(11/32),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CXCR7的高表达率均随TNM分期的增高而逐渐增高,且Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的高表达率明显高于Ⅰ期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CXCR7高表达与非小细胞肺癌的淋巴转移及临床分期相关,提示 CXCR7与非小细胞肺癌的发生发展存在相关性。

목적:탐토비소세포폐암조직중추화인자수체 CXCR7적표체급기림상의의。방법채용면역조직화학법검측경외과수술절제적86례비소세포폐암조직급34례암방조직표본중 CXCR7적표체정황。결과전부비소세포폐암조직균이상표체CXCR7,고표체솔체52.3%(45/86),재대조조중CXCR7균위음성표체。CXCR7재유림파결전이조적고표체솔위62.96%(34/54),재무림파결전이조적고표체솔위34.38%(11/32),량자차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);CXCR7적고표체솔균수TNM분기적증고이축점증고,차Ⅱ、Ⅲ기적고표체솔명현고우Ⅰ기,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 CXCR7고표체여비소세포폐암적림파전이급림상분기상관,제시 CXCR7여비소세포폐암적발생발전존재상관성。
Objective To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor CXCR7 in non small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of 86 cases of non small cell lung cancer surgical operation excision and 34 cases of paracancerous tissues in CXCR7.Results All the non small cell lung cancer tissues were abnormal expression of CXCR7,the high expression rate was 52.3% (45/86).There had nega-tive expression of CXCR7 in the control group were.The high expression of CXCR7 in lymph node metastasis rate was 62.96% (34/54),in the absence of high expression of lymph node metastasis rate was 34.38% (11/32),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The high expression of CXCR7 increased as the TNM staging was gradually in-creased,and the high expression of Ⅱ,Ⅲ period was significantly higher than that of I,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of CXCR7 and lymph node metastasis and clinical staging of non small cell lung cancer and correlation,suggesting that CXCR7 in non small cell lung cancer and had significant cor-relation development.
