农村配电仿真培训系统作为一种针对农村配电工技能培训的新型培训手段和工具，有效提高农电工对的专业技能水平具有十分重要的作用。因此，它的仿真可信度直接关系到员工培训过程的正确性和规范性。针对农村配电仿真培训系统的实现特点和应用目的，提出了农村配电仿真培训系统可信度评估的评价指标体系，并根据评价指标相互关联，难以用准确的尺度来衡量或界定的特点，提出了基于模糊综合评判法的仿真可信度定量化分析计算方法。

Rural distribution simulation training system is a new kind of training method and tool for rural electricians .It is very im‐portant to improve professional skills of rural electricians and its simulation credibility has a great influence on the correctness of training process .Targeted at the implementation features and application purposes of the rural distribution simulation training sys‐tem ,the evaluation index system is proposed in this paper .And according to the interrelation of evaluation indexes ,it is difficult to measure with accurate scale or defining ,then the paper presents a quantitative analysis of simulation credibility calculation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method .
