作为一种重要的组态软件，WinCC以其突出的兼容性和强大的开发功能得到技术人员的重视，如何提高设计的水平和层次是亟待解决的问题。以实际工程为例，针对WinCC特色功能的实现方法进行详细介绍，具体包括利用全局变量实现动态画面的显示，通过控件技术实现动画和定制报表的生成，与下位机协作实现通信网络工作状态的实时在线检测及视频图像嵌入组态监控画面的实现方法。所研究的多项技术提高了组态技术的智能性，系统投入运行二年多来，工作稳定可靠，得到了用户的肯定。

As one of the most important configuration softwares ,much attention has been paid to WinCC for its high compatible and development function ,but the problem to be resolved urgently is to improve the design level and ability .The realization methods for some special functions in WinCC are described in detail on the basis of Fenghuang Sluice Gate which is located in North Nanchang , The main contents include the display of dynamic pictures with global variables ,the required reporting tables with ActiveX ,the on‐line detection of communication network and the video pictures imbedded into the monitoring picture ,some of them aren't published till now .The control system works well since it has been put into use and get high evaluations from users .
