基于RNG k―ε紊流模型,雷诺时均N―S方程,运用商用CFD软件对双向竖井贯流泵装置进行三维流动数值模拟及水力性能优化设计,通过调整竖井及直管式流道型线,总体性能较初设方案得到了较大的上升。计算了正反向运行时泵装置各分段的水力损失,并给出了三维柱状图,定性分析了流量和环量对竖井和直管式流道水力损失的影响,通过比较正反向运行的流线图解释了竖井后置时水力损失较大的原因。

Based on the RNG k―εturbulent model and Reynolds Navier―stokes equation ,the hydraulic performance optimization of the bidirectional shaft tubular pumping station is simulated with the commercial CFD software ,the performance is better improved than the original case by adjusting the hull lines of the flow channel .The hydraulic loss of each part in the pumping station is calculated and showed by three―dimensional histogram ,The flow rate and circulation which affects the hydraulic loss of the flow channel of shaft and straight is analyzed .The reason why the hydraulic loss of shaft rear―positioned tubular pump system is larger is explained by comparing the flow chart of the bidirectional shaft tubular pumps .
