螺栓连接直接影响整体结构的可靠性和动态性能,需要精细的处理分析,而传统的有限元建模方法有的不能满足精度需求,有的过程复杂且计算量大。针对这一问题,利用改进的正交模型正交模态(ICMCM)法,基于模态试验结果,对一类螺栓连接结构的有限元模型修正技术进行了研究。模型修正前,采用最优拟合法进行振型扩展得到包含所有节点和变形的完备振型。研究结果表明,与螺栓连接刚性或多点约束建模方式相比,经过本文方法修正的刚性连接模型能满足修正效果评价准则,而且计算结果的精度和可靠度显著提高。同时,研究也表明,对于螺栓连接结构,无需建立复杂精细的有限元模型,只要对刚性模型进行上述修正即可获得满足实际工程需要的计算模型。

Bolted joints require refined processing and analysis in that they directly influence the reliability and dy-namic property of the whole structure. However,some traditional finite element modeling methods fail to meet accu-racy requirement and others need complex modeling and large computation. So improved cross-model cross-mode (ICMCM)method was utilized to update the finite element model of a bolted joint structure based on the modal test results. Optimal fitting method was used to expand the vibration modes into complete ones with all nodes and defor-mation. The updated model was finally compared with both rigidly connected model and multi-point constraint model. As the results show,the updated model meets the updating evaluation criteria and has higher accuracy and reliability. Meanwhile,the research shows that complex refined finite element model is unnecessary for bolted joint structures. Model updating of a rigid model with the method above is enough for engineering practice.
