利用两步法合成非离子表面活性剂失水山梨醇油酸酯（1．3）聚氧乙烯醚，通过Washburn方程测得捕收剂在SiO2颗粒表面接触角，探索油酸钠和环烷酸钠混合溶液对二氧化硅在常温的可浮性。结果表明：T w een‐1．3使油酸钠临界胶束浓度明显增大。经T w een‐1．3分散油酸钠‐环烷酸钠可使赤铁矿反浮选温度从40℃降低到23℃，通过一粗一精三扫闭路试验，获得了精矿品位为68．63％，收率为90．20％的良好指标。
利用兩步法閤成非離子錶麵活性劑失水山梨醇油痠酯（1．3）聚氧乙烯醚，通過Washburn方程測得捕收劑在SiO2顆粒錶麵接觸角，探索油痠鈉和環烷痠鈉混閤溶液對二氧化硅在常溫的可浮性。結果錶明：T w een‐1．3使油痠鈉臨界膠束濃度明顯增大。經T w een‐1．3分散油痠鈉‐環烷痠鈉可使赤鐵礦反浮選溫度從40℃降低到23℃，通過一粗一精三掃閉路試驗，穫得瞭精礦品位為68．63％，收率為90．20％的良好指標。
이용량보법합성비리자표면활성제실수산리순유산지（1．3）취양을희미，통과Washburn방정측득포수제재SiO2과립표면접촉각，탐색유산납화배완산납혼합용액대이양화규재상온적가부성。결과표명：T w een‐1．3사유산납림계효속농도명현증대。경T w een‐1．3분산유산납‐배완산납가사적철광반부선온도종40℃강저도23℃，통과일조일정삼소폐로시험，획득료정광품위위68．63％，수솔위90．20％적량호지표。
The nonionic surfactant sorbitan oleate(1 .3) polyoxyethylene ether was synthesized by using a two‐step synthesis method .The surface tension and contact angle on SiO2 particle surface were measured through the Washburn equation to explore the floatability of silica with a mixed solution of sodium oleate and naphthenate at room temperature .The results show that adding Tween‐1 .3 can increase the critical micelle concentration of sodium oleate and the dispersion of mixed solution significantly ,which makes the reverse flotation temperature of hematite reduced from 40 ℃ to 23 ℃ .An iron concentrate with Fe grade of 68 .63% and Fe recovery of 90 .20% can be obtained on optimum reagent condition through one roughing‐one refining‐three scavengings closed‐circuit flowsheet .
