目的：观察补肾活血法改善薄型子宫内膜容受性的效果。方法：60例薄型子宫内膜继发不孕患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例用中药、克罗米芬，对照组30例用戊酸雌二醇、克罗米芬。结果：两组子宫内膜厚度均有增加，治疗组子宫内膜阻力指数（RI）和搏动指数（PI）明显低于对照组（P＜0.01），治疗组临床妊娠率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：补肾活血法可增加子宫内膜厚度及改善子宫内膜血流，提高子宫内膜容受性，有助于胚胎着床。
목적：관찰보신활혈법개선박형자궁내막용수성적효과。방법：60례박형자궁내막계발불잉환자수궤분위량조，치료조30례용중약、극라미분，대조조30례용무산자이순、극라미분。결과：량조자궁내막후도균유증가，치료조자궁내막조력지수（RI）화박동지수（PI）명현저우대조조（P＜0.01），치료조림상임신솔고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：보신활혈법가증가자궁내막후도급개선자궁내막혈류，제고자궁내막용수성，유조우배태착상。
Objective: To observe the effect of reinforcing kidney and activating blood method in improving thin endometrial receptivity. Method: 60 cases of thin endometrium secondary infertility patients were divided into two groups randomly. 30 cases were treated with Chinese herbs and clomiphene while the control group were treated with estradiol valerate and clomiphene. Result: The endometrial thickness of both groups was increased. RI and PI of the endometrium of the study group was lower than that of the control group significantly(P<0.01). The clinical pregnancy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Reinforcing kidney and activating blood method could increase endometrial thickness, improve endometrial blood flow and inhance endometrial receptivity to contribute to embryo implantation.
