准确评估电压暂降对敏感负荷的影响,不仅有利于供电部门采取合理的供电方案以提高用户满意度,还有助于人们研究出提高敏感负荷电压耐受能力及降低电压暂降对其影响的可行性方案,更有利于供用电部门根据电压暂降的不同特性,制定出相应的电压补偿策略与方案,使负荷电压暂降经济损失降至最低。将敏感负荷电压暂降敏感度评估方法分为实测统计法、动态模型法、模糊推理法、概率与数理统计法、多不确定性法,综述分析各种评估方法的优缺点,提出构建负荷时变电压耐受能力、电压暂降强度与敏负荷电压耐受能力综合指标,应用不确定性理论,建立统一的敏感负荷电压暂降敏感度评估模型与方法是今后的重点研究方向。

An accurate evaluation of the impact of voltage sag on sensitive load is not only conducive for utilities to take reasonable power supply programs and improve customer satisfaction, but also helps to come up with feasibility program which can increase the voltage tolerance capability of sensitive load, and reduce their sensitivity to voltage sags. The as?sessment is also beneficial to the utilities and customers in that it can help them take reasonable solutions of power supply and formulate corresponding voltage compensation strategies and programs according to the different characteristics of voltage sag so as to minimize the economic losses. The evaluation methods of load sensitivity to voltage sag are divided in?to statistical method, dynamic model method, fuzzy reasoning method, probability and mathematical statistics method, multi-uncertainty method, advantages and disadvantages of these evaluation methods are analyzed and compared in de?tail. Finally, this paper proposes that how to use uncertainty theory to establish a unified sensitive load voltage sag sensi?tivity evaluation model and method which contains varying voltage tolerance capability and the integrated index of voltage sag intensity and voltage tolerance capability are the focus of future research interest.
