目的：探讨尿液半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C（Cys C）对糖尿病早期肾功能受损的临床应用价值。方法用Hitachi 7180全自动生化分析仪检测130例糖尿病肾病患者和80名健康体检者的血清尿素氮、肌酐、血清Cys C和尿液Cys C的水平。结果尿液Cys C浓度与血清尿素氮、肌酐、血清Cys C的水平随肾功能的减退而逐渐升高，呈正相关，但其敏感性更好。结论尿液Cys C浓度比血清肌酐、血清Cys C更能反映糖尿病肾病早期损害的情况，且对糖尿病肾病的阳性检出率更高。
目的：探討尿液半胱氨痠蛋白酶抑製劑C（Cys C）對糖尿病早期腎功能受損的臨床應用價值。方法用Hitachi 7180全自動生化分析儀檢測130例糖尿病腎病患者和80名健康體檢者的血清尿素氮、肌酐、血清Cys C和尿液Cys C的水平。結果尿液Cys C濃度與血清尿素氮、肌酐、血清Cys C的水平隨腎功能的減退而逐漸升高，呈正相關，但其敏感性更好。結論尿液Cys C濃度比血清肌酐、血清Cys C更能反映糖尿病腎病早期損害的情況，且對糖尿病腎病的暘性檢齣率更高。
목적：탐토뇨액반광안산단백매억제제C（Cys C）대당뇨병조기신공능수손적림상응용개치。방법용Hitachi 7180전자동생화분석의검측130례당뇨병신병환자화80명건강체검자적혈청뇨소담、기항、혈청Cys C화뇨액Cys C적수평。결과뇨액Cys C농도여혈청뇨소담、기항、혈청Cys C적수평수신공능적감퇴이축점승고，정정상관，단기민감성경호。결론뇨액Cys C농도비혈청기항、혈청Cys C경능반영당뇨병신병조기손해적정황，차대당뇨병신병적양성검출솔경고。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of urinary cystatin C (Cys C) in early diabetic nephropathy. Methods The serum urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), serum Cys C, and urinary Cys C in 130 patients with kidney disease and 80 healthy individuals were detected by automatic clinical chemistry analyzer (Hitachi 7180). Results The mean levels of urinary Cys C, serum Cys C and Scr, BUN increased gradually with renal hypofunction. Moreover, urinary Cys C was positively correlated with these two indexes and it was a more sensitive marker to reflect the kidney impairment. Conclusion Compared with serum BUN, Scr and serum Cys C, urinary Cys C is more sensitive to evaluate the inchoate damages on renal function and it is a better index for the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
