目的：通过检测梅毒血清固定患者外周血T细胞亚群、白细胞介素（IL）-12、IL-10及自然杀伤细胞（NK细胞）水平，以为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择我中心2010年1月至2013年1月收治的90例梅毒患者为研究对象，经正规驱梅治疗后治愈50例为梅毒血清学治愈组，其余40例患者则为梅毒血清固定组，选择40名同期行健康体检人群为健康对照组，利用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法、流式细胞仪分别检测3组人群IL-12、IL-10、T细胞亚群（CD4+、CD8+、CD3等）及NK细胞水平，比较分析。结果梅毒血清固定组CD4+、NK细胞、IL-10明显高于健康对照组和梅毒血清学治愈组，IL-12明显低于健康对照组和梅毒血清学治愈组（P＜0.05）。另外，IL-10与IL-12无相关性（P＞0.05）。结论梅毒血清固定的发病机制可能与外周血T细胞亚群、IL-12、IL-10与NK细胞水平有关。
목적：통과검측매독혈청고정환자외주혈T세포아군、백세포개소（IL）-12、IL-10급자연살상세포（NK세포）수평，이위림상치료제공삼고。방법선택아중심2010년1월지2013년1월수치적90례매독환자위연구대상，경정규구매치료후치유50례위매독혈청학치유조，기여40례환자칙위매독혈청고정조，선택40명동기행건강체검인군위건강대조조，이용매련면역흡부시험（ELISA）법、류식세포의분별검측3조인군IL-12、IL-10、T세포아군（CD4+、CD8+、CD3등）급NK세포수평，비교분석。결과매독혈청고정조CD4+、NK세포、IL-10명현고우건강대조조화매독혈청학치유조，IL-12명현저우건강대조조화매독혈청학치유조（P＜0.05）。령외，IL-10여IL-12무상관성（P＞0.05）。결론매독혈청고정적발병궤제가능여외주혈T세포아군、IL-12、IL-10여NK세포수평유관。
Objective By detecting syphilis serum fixed peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with serum interleukin (IL)-12, IL-10 and NK cell level, to provide the reference of clinical treatment. Methods To choose 90 cases of syphilis patients as the research object in the center between January 2010 and January 2013 , after treatment with regular flooding may cure the 50 cases as syphilis serological cure group , the remaining 40 patients as syphilis serum fixation group, choose the same line of 40 cases physical examination for the normal control group. By using ELISA method and flow cytometry instrument detection respectively the group IL-12, IL-10, T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+, CD8+, CD3, etc.) and NK cell level, the comparative analysis. Results Of syphilis serum CD4+, NK, IL-10 fixed group was obviously higher than that of normal control group and serological cure group , IL-12 significantly lower than the normal control group and serological cure group (P<0.05). In addition, IL-10 and IL-12 no correlation (P>0.05). Conclusion Drug serum fixed pathogenesis may be related to peripheral blood T lymphocyte subgroup , IL-10, IL-12 and to the level of NK cells.
