以重庆市北碚区为例，在对城乡建设用地增减挂钩的概念、目标及意义进行理论探讨的基础上，计算该区域挂钩潜力及相关评价指标，并针对计算结果，提出了促进城乡建设用地增减挂钩的对策和建议。
以重慶市北碚區為例，在對城鄉建設用地增減掛鉤的概唸、目標及意義進行理論探討的基礎上，計算該區域掛鉤潛力及相關評價指標，併針對計算結果，提齣瞭促進城鄉建設用地增減掛鉤的對策和建議。
이중경시북배구위례，재대성향건설용지증감괘구적개념、목표급의의진행이론탐토적기출상，계산해구역괘구잠력급상관평개지표，병침대계산결과，제출료촉진성향건설용지증감괘구적대책화건의。
With Bei‐bei District of Chongqing city as an example ,a theoretical study has been conducted in this paper ,on the basis of the urban and rural construction land related concepts ,to analyze the objec‐tives ,significance ,calculation and relevant evaluation index of the region associated with potentiality ,and according to the calculation results ,a conclusion has been put forward to promote urban and rural con‐struction related countermeasures and suggestions of land .
